If you look in the drug stores or supermarkets you will find hundreds of pills, capsules and liquids to help you lose weight. If you open any one of these products you will find the instructions on how to use the diet product
to get the best results. They all say you have to change the way you eat for the product to work. Most recommend some kind of exercise.
If you think about it you will see that the product alone isn't the main reason you lose weight. It's the instruction on the piece of paper that comes with the product that actually does the trick , but you must follow the advice given in the instructions. So if you run out of your diet product but still follow the instructions on the paper that came with it, you will still lose weight.
So is it the diet or the diet pill that makes you lose weight?
I think if you really got right down to it you could reach your weight goal just as fast by changing your diet and doing the exercise without wasting money on any diet product.
